How Long Does It Take For A Return To Be Processed?

We will process your return on the same day we receive your item/s, once it has been processed we will send you confirmation. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank to process your refund.

How Do I Return A Parcel?

Using our return portal link below. You can return your parcel using your local Parcel point or Postal service, options will be available through the returns portal.

If you wish to return a parcel please ensure the items are in a resalable condition and unworn with the tags attached, otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted, and follow this process:

1. Repackage the item in the original packaging

2. log on our return’s portal https://yoursclothing.intelligentreturns.net/ and follow the steps

3. You will need your Order Number/ID as stated on the delivery note (starts with a letter) and Postcode (your delivery postcode)

4. Once you have followed the above process, you will receive a unique return label. Please attach this label to the outside of your parcel and hand over your parcel to the selected return option.

5. Once completed, you will receive a tracking reference. Please use this tracking information to check the progress of your parcel journey.

Remember if you are returning an item that was on promotion or the order had a promotion associated with it, you may not receive the full refund if the remaining order you have kept does not still qualify for that promotion.

How Much Will It Cost To Return An Item(S)?

The return cost varies depending on the weight and service that you select with the postal service.

Why Do I Have To Pay To Return An Item?

This is because if BadRhino were to offer a free returns service we would have to increase our prices to absorb the costs. We believe in giving you the lowest possible prices. If however, your item arrives faulty or is wrong we will of course refund any return costs to you.

You have 21 days to return an item from date of receipt back to us.

What Happens If I Receive A Faulty Item?

If you receive an item that is faulty then send it back to us and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items are checked on receipt and validated.

All the images on our website are as accurate as possible to the products. However, due to the differences in screens and systems used by our customers, colours and shades may not be 'exact' to the true product.

What Happens If An Item Is Missing From My Parcel?

Sometimes an item can be missing from your parcel but all our parcels are checked before they leave us. If an item is missing then get in contact with our Customer Services Team at via the online live chat facility or alternatively click here. We will then investigate which may take us a few days and if necessary arrange for the item to be sent again.

Exchanges

We do accept returns from International customers but are unable to accept exchanges. Return costs are payable by the customer subject to local returns legislation

What products are excluded from the returns and refunds policy?

Please check the individual product page(s) and your email confirmation to confirm whether your item is eligible for return. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on the below products, unless they are mis-described or faulty: Items sold at over 70% discount. Your Statutory rights are not affected

How to return your order via the toyou service at over 600 ASDA stores:

  1. Write your name and order number on the label that is included within your parcel or print a label in store
  2. Attach the label to your parcel
  3. Take your parcel to your nearest ASDA location
  4. Drop off parcel at the signposted toyou returns point or hand to an ASDA colleague
  5. Track your parcel at www.toyou.co.uk using the tracking number that is on your label

  3. Then choose how to return the parcel to us; FREE to a Yours store, FREE to an ASDA store or via the Post Office.
  4. Remember if you are returning an item that was on promotion or the order had a promotion associated with it, you may not receive the full refund if the remaining order you have kept does not still qualify for that promotion.

*All items marked with an * cannot be returned due to Hygiene reasons.

FREE Return to a BadRhino or Yours Clothing Store

If you live near a BadRhino or Yours Clothing store you may return the items to a store for an exchange, gift vouchers or a refund to the original method of payment. If the order was paid for using PayPal then only an exchange or gift vouchers can be provided in store. Ensure that the item is returned in the original packaging with the completed returns form. Please bring your delivery note with you as proof of purchase.

FREE FREE RETURNS TO A HERMES PARCEL SHOP

Return your order to your local Hermes Parcel Shop in over 4,500 UK locations. Attach your FREE Hermes returns label from your invoice on to your parcel. Take it to your local Parcel Shop, open 7 days a week, early until late. Your return will be processed in approximately 7 working days. Find your nearest Parcel Shop HERE.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Return your order to your local post office. Attach your FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 label from within your parcel. Take your parcel to your local Post Office. Your return on receipt will be processed within 7 days. (Insurance cover to the value of £100 is included by Royal Mail).

HERMES HOME COURIER COLLECTION SERVICE

Return your order using myhermes courier collection quick and easy service. The local courier will collect your parcel from your door or nominated safe place. The cost to book a home collection is £3.99. Log in HERE to book your home collection. Once booked you will receive a label via email, please attach it to your parcel ready for collection.

Post Office Returns

If you wish to return your parcel not using our Free Return label, you can still use your local Post office to return items back to us at your cost but ensuring you opt for the extra compensation to ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. BadRhino cannot be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in the post therefore keep your receipt as proof of postage.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges online. Instead, please return your item(s) by following these easy steps below, and then reorder for a replacement.

  • Repack the item with all tags attached.
  • Complete the Returns form that you received with your order, and pop it inside your parcel.
  • Choose one of our return carriers (Asda Toyou, Royal Mail, or a Yours store) further information can be found on your Returns form.
  • Attach the relevant sticky label to your parcel and post it off! Remember to get proof of postage and keep this safe.
